Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the school's IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff for various hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and upgrades to improve the school's IT infrastructure.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with procurement of new equipment when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and bring new ideas to enhance the school's IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various operating systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven track record of working in a team and independently to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
