🤓 What do we expect from you?
It is essential that:
You have the ability and interest in learning new things, as well as a strong desire to improve processes and question the current state of the tool.
You know how to work in a team, communicate, and express yourself effectively.
You are adaptable to change. We’re a startup, so… expect plenty of curveballs!
As an outbound agent 👨💻👩💻, it is crucial that you have:
Experience using sales CRMs: Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
Experience using video conferencing tools: Zoom, etc.
At least 6 months of inbound calling sales experience.
Native Portuguese and fully proficient in English and/or Spanish
You will also shine ✨ if:
You have experience selling SaaS or digital products.
👨💻👩💻 What will you do at Sesame?
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities.
You will contact potential clients through different channels with the goal of identifying areas for improvement in their processes. If we can help them, you will then organize a meeting for them to get to know our services.
These meetings will be handled by our consulting team, who will take care of closing the sale, so teamwork is key.
We will provide you with the necessary resources to work on the initial stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to implementing different sales strategies.
