Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Liaises with attorneys and legal staff to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding their cases
- Manages and maintains client database, updating and organizing client information as needed
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential client issues, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary
- Provides administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing legal documents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, with a dedication to providing excellent customer service
