- Job Title: Project Manager – Pathway Serious Mental Illness Society
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or roadblocks
- Communicate project updates and deliverables to stakeholders and team members
- Manage project resources, including assigning tasks and overseeing project team members
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all action items are communicated and completed
- Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future projects
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational objectives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and techniques
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by assisting with grant applications and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience working in a non-profit or mental health organization is an asset
- Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for mental health advocacy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with serious mental illness
