As a Patient & Clinic Service Associate, you will be the vital link between our sales team, clinicians, and patients — ensuring that every interaction and process is seamless, accurate, and supportive. Your work will directly contribute to the timely delivery of life-changing cancer diagnostics and the trusted relationships we build with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the sales team to help achieve company business goals and sales targets.
- Coordinate patient and clinic requests: manage queries, prepare sample kits, and process order forms with accuracy and speed.
- Deliver excellent service to clinics, physicians, and patients, fostering trusted relationships at every touchpoint.
- Manage inventory: monitor and replenish consumables (streck tubes/kits) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Track samples: follow through on QC completion and secure timely acknowledgement from customers.
- Drive efficiency: identify bottlenecks in sales and service workflows, and take initiative to implement improvements.
- Enable transparency: track progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives and prepare clear internal reports.
- Support tools & systems: help implement and optimize CRM/sales automation to reduce administrative load on sales reps.
- Assist with events: coordinate logistics for seminars and other ad hoc activities as required.
About You
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, patient support, or sales coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable liaising with both clinicians and patients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility for occasional support outside regular hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. OnePageCRM, Salesforce) is a plus.
