As Marketing Communications Senior Associate, you will be trusted with both strategy and hands-on execution—taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and who can confidently navigate between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented implementation. You will work cross-functionally with medical, product, and commercial teams to shape Lucence’s voice in precision oncology, strengthen our thought leadership, and deliver impactful communications that resonate across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Messaging:
- Develop materials for both internal and external stakeholders—such as newsletters, website copy, email campaigns, slide decks, and press materials.
- Ensure messaging is scientifically accurate, consistent, and audience-appropriate.
- Translate complex medical concepts into engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences.
Campaign & Execution Support:
- Execute multi-channel communications initiatives—social media, digital ads, events support, and media outreach.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with medical affairs, product, access, and field teams to align messaging and support campaign goals, including product launches and key events.
- Act as a communications advisor to internal teams, ensuring brand integrity and consistent voice across all touchpoints.
Strategic Contribution:
- Participate in campaign planning, segmentation, and ROI analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and audience engagement.
- Identify emerging trends, channels, and opportunities in healthcare communications to keep Lucence ahead of the curve.
Communications Operations:
- Maintain content libraries and media assets; support editorial consistency on website and social platforms, and ensure smooth content lifecycle management.
- Oversee brand governance to ensure all materials meet global brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications—preferably in biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare, with a track record of developing communications for doctor-facing audiences.
- Strong written and visual communications skills, with familiarity in digital tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, email platforms).
- Comfortable handling both executional tasks and contributing to strategy development.
- Able to collaborate across teams with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently while proactively driving projects forward.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, diagnostics, pharma) is a plus.
