Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality, authentic, and inquiry-based lessons in accordance with the IB curriculum framework

• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and academic excellence

• Utilize a variety of assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units of study and support the school's IB program

• Help students to develop skills such as communication, research, and self-management to ensure success in the IB program and beyond

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuously reflect on and improve instructional practices

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in the relevant subject area

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an IB school or equivalent international curriculum

• In-depth understanding of the IB philosophy, approaches to teaching and learning, and assessment principles

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for working with secondary school students and promoting a global mindset
