About the Role

As a Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Fulfilment) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing and operations within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. We believe that an efficient and well-connected supply chain is key to delivering meaningful impact to our customers and communities. You will also work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the smooth and timely flow of products to our customers.

Expect a learning journey where you will contribute to meaningful projects as well as gain exposure to warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a full-time internship with a duration of six months. The internship is open to polytechnic and university students who are currently enrolled and able to commit for the agreed duration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day warehouse fulfilment operations, including order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery to customers and retail partners.
  • Assist in inventory control — track stock movements, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records to ensure accuracy between system and physical stock.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Help monitor order accuracy and fulfilment timelines, flagging any discrepancies or delays for quick resolution.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse workflows, optimise space utilisation, and enhance fulfilment efficiency.
  • Support replenishment and restocking activities, ensuring product availability for both online and offline channels.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and dashboards on order fulfilment performance, inventory status, and stock turnover.
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain management, commercial and customer success teams to resolve fulfilment-related queries.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects or assignments that contribute to overall supply chain and operations improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across departments
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn about end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain or operations after graduation.
  • Able to commit least 6 months for the internship duration.

What you will Gain:

  • Hands-on learning in a real business environment with opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects
  • A chance to develop critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills that will prepare you for a successful career in this dynamic field
  • The opportunity to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team that values initiative, curiosity, and continuous learning.
