About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Paralegal to join the Endowus legal team. In this role, you will support the legal team by managing corporate secretarial and other administrative matters.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in new strategic projects, such as geographic expansions, fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate eager to grow into a role with increasing responsibility and gain expertise in corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters. 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generally supporting and managing corporate secretarial functions 
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate secretarial records, including minutes, resolutions, and statutory registers
  • Assist in other corporate transactional matters including fund-raising, due diligence queries, certification or notarisation of documents
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including filing, proof-reading, copying, and organising documents
  • Liaise with service providers, other teams, shareholders, investors and external counterparts where necessary
  • Provide general administrative support for corporate and legal matters

Skills and Experience

 

Required:

  • Diploma in legal studies, degree with a minor in law or a law degree 
  • Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in a legal or corporate environment, with exposure to corporate secretarial matters

  • Be independent, meticulous, attentive to details, and have strong organization skills
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
