The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly-organized Events Coordinator for a 1 year period to join our Hong Kong team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and executing unique, "out-of-the-box" events that engage existing and potential customers.
You will drive the entire event lifecycle, from initial strategy, events execution to post-event analysis. This role requires close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and a passion for delivering high-impact experiences that represent our brand and mission.
Core Responsibilities
- Event Strategy & Design: Design and develop creative, "out-of-the-box" event concepts, themes and agendas tailored to engage both existing clients and potential customers.
- End-to-End Execution: Manage all events "end-to-end," including pre-event strategy, theme creation, venue sourcing, logistics management, vendor coordination (if required) to ensure smooth event operations and be able to troubleshoot issues onsite. Prepare post-event write-ups, analysis (e.g. attendance, feedback, right audience segment, ROI analysis) and learnings to improve on next events..
- Stakeholder Management: Handle all stakeholder management, collaborating closely with internal Client Advisory and Marketing teams on promotional materials, invitations and post-event communications, as well as external stakeholders such as fund manager, corporate clients and other ecosystem partners to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
Required Qualifications ("Must-Haves")
- A Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of relevant event management experience.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong "get-it-done" attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours, as required by events.
- Previous event management experience, with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Demonstrates high integrity, adaptability, and risk awareness.
- A strong team player who can collaborate effectively across different business functions.
- Passionate about the Endowus mission to build an innovative financial services company.
Preferred Qualifications ("Nice-to-Haves")
- Experience in the wealth management or financial services sector.
