This role goes beyond paperwork β youβll help shape a workplace culture that is aligned with our values of wellness, integrity, and growth, while also supporting day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
π Maintain physical & digital employee records (contracts, leave requests, documentation).
ποΈ Update internal HR databases with new hire and employee information.
π Create and circulate guidelines, FAQs, and policy documents for staff.
π° Support payroll by gathering and managing data like working days, bank accounts, etc.
π’ Post, update, and remove job ads as per hiring requirements.
π Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process.
π Prepare HR reports and presentations (hiring stats, employee metrics, etc.).
π Develop training material and onboarding programs for new employees.
π€ Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and entitlements.
π©βπΌ Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer/Assistant or in a similar role.
π» Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and comfort with spreadsheets.
βοΈ Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
π Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
π¬ Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
π Degree in HR Management (BBA/MBA preferred) or related field.
