The Role:

The Campaign Executive is a highly-motivated and organised individual that lives and breathes the online creator space. In this role you will be working one on one with some of Australia's biggest creators to execute branded influencer campaigns. 

Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of working within a fast paced team. The ideal candidate must have extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills and remain detail-oriented at all times. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing influencer/creator campaigns, including providing creator suggestions, preparing and presenting campaign reporting, tracking budgets and KPIs, and updating the client. 
  • Assist the campaign & partnerships managers on new business pitches with creator recommendations and build presentations. 
  • Be involved in creative brainstorms to develop creative concepts. 
  • Manage and grow client relationships, including being a key point of contact for clients.
  • Working directly with online talent and influencers through a variety of different projects.
  •  Constantly build the influencer network at Amplify by identifying new creators. 
  • Responding to briefs with input from the wider team. 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Speed, ability to communicate and respond quickly in order to close a deal. 
  • Passion for social media, especially for TikTok content creators 
  • Self directed and self motivated, you will have a high amount of autonomy. 
  • Ambitious with the smarts to back it up. 
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to balance and maintain budgets. 
  • Extensive understanding of new social media platforms from a business and consumer perspective. 
  • Exceptional presentation skills. 
  • Incredible communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Superb teamwork and team management skills. 
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience with Slack, Notion, and Google worksuite 
  • Ability to travel.
