Project Scheduler at Aguilera & Associates Insurance Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Scheduler at Aguilera & Associates Insurance Services. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to develop and implement project schedules, track progress, and make adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software

- Coordinate with project managers to gather project requirements and dependencies

- Ensure that project schedules are aligned with resource availability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role

- Proficient in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
